Jacob Agyei Twumasi, (CA) is a Chartered Accountant, finance and strategy expert, and social entrepreneur with extensive experience in financial management, institutional development, and sustainable growth. He is widely recognized for his ability to integrate finance, entrepreneurship, and innovation to drive sustainable impact across Africa.
Jacob is the Founder of BRICS Africa Consulting, BRICS Africa Agribusiness and Co-founder of Brand Hive Africa, which collectively support organizations and communities through strategic advisory, branding, communications, and agribusiness development. Through these ventures, he has provided financial modelling, business strategy, capacity building, and growth advisory services to numerous institutions and entrepreneurs.
In addition to his entrepreneurial leadership, Jacob serves as the Head of Finance at Franklyn Medical Centre, where he oversees financial planning, budgeting, internal controls, and strategic financial management. His work has contributed significantly to strengthening the Centre’s financial sustainability and supporting its expansion.
Jacob is also the Co-founder and Head of Finance & and Strategy at the Centre for Climate, Education, and Development Research (CCEDR). In this role, he works closely with the Executive Director to drive resource mobilization and institutional growth. His responsibilities include developing financial strategies, supporting fundraising, donor engagement, ensuring financial governance and compliance, structuring strategic partnerships, and providing financial oversight for research and community programs.
His professional and research interests’ span sustainable finance, ESG, financial inclusion, youth development, and entrepreneurial development, reflecting his commitment to inclusive and sustainable economic growth.
